    Tired of the same old fitness routine? Take it outside with guided fitness hike at Lake Elmo Park Reserve. Guided hikes offer a complete outdoor experience with strength and fitness challenges offered along the way. Guide Liz Westerhaus will help you customize your experience based on your fitness level. Trails are a mix of turf, gravel, grass, and paved routes. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early with water and appropriate footwear (hiking boots or shoes). For ages 13+ (all minors must be accompanied by an adult). No reservation required.

  5. Sunset Stand-Up Paddleboard

    July 23, 2019, 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM @ Square Lake Park

    Experience Stand Up Paddleboarding on beautifully serene Square Lake, located in northern Stillwater, known for it's water clarity region wide. This class is 75 minutes and will start out by the boat launch to be fitted for equipment and a brief introduction to SUP. The group will then head out across the lake. Class size is limited and registration is required for all SUP programs; participants must be 14-plus years old and able to swim. All minors must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them. All equipment is provided by Brown Dog Paddle Board Co. Dress for the weather and water activity.
