    Washington County Public Health and Environment will be closed Oct. 28 for an all-staff training. Vital Records will not be issued from the Headwaters Service Center or Cottage Grove Service Center on this day. If records are needed, go to Property Records and Taxpayer Services at the Government Center in Stillwater. The department will reopen for regular scheduled business hours Monday, Oct. 31. The Environmental Center will maintain its regular hours.
