21. Guideline/Rules
    • This permit will only be valid from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day.
    • Permits are good for 1 season only.
    • The hours for detection activity are 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and is limited to the swim beach area only.
    • Permit Holder agrees to adhere to the Parks Ordinance #213, Chapter V, Section 1—It shall be unlawful for any person to dig trenches, holes, or other excavations in a park.
    • No sharp objects may be used for excavation, and excavating is limited to six inches or less.
    • Permit Holder is responsible for any/all damage caused by you and/or your equipment.
    • Permit Holder agrees to turn in any/all items found that have a value of $25.00 or higher to a Washington County Park Office. The item(s) will be held for 30 days. If unclaimed after 30 days, Permit Holder may claim it.
