A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals and due 2 weeks before the reservation date.A non-refundable reservation fee is required for all rentals.Applicable sales tax will be applied to the additional fees in the final total.

You must adhere to all state and local laws governing alcohol use.
All events serving alcohol will require a Security Officer to be present. Staff reserves the right to make the final determination on the need and the timeframe for a security officer based on the individual event. Parks Staff will schedule this service through the Washington County Sheriff’s Department.
Insurance may be required for events with certain criteria. Certificate of Insurance must be on file at least 2 weeks before event.
Insurance may be required for events including, but not limited to: music, dancing, food/beverage service, and/or events involving the addition or removal of furniture or equipment from outside the building. Staff reserves the right to make the final determination on the need for insurance based on the individual event. If required, the client must provide the Washington County Parks with proof of insurance two weeks (14 days) prior to the event. The event may not take place until proof of insurance is received.
We recommend you contact your insurance agent to determine the amount of coverage you need to protect you and your assets. Acquiring appropriate insurance for your event protects you against claims and ensures you are covered in the event of an accident. If you have questions about our insurance requirements, please contact staff. Once completed your insurance agent may email proof of insurance to staff accordingly.
Full payment is due upon reservation.
The Premises must be left in as good a condition as received with normal wear and tear accepted.
Washington County reserves the right to cancel this agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, with no liability. If enacted, a refund will be issued.
I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the County, its officers, employees, and agents for any and all claims arising out of renter’s use of the location rented under this Agreement, including any operations of the Renter. No other provision of this Agreement shall serve to limit in any way the obligations of the Renter to indemnify and defend the County under this clause. Nothing herein is intended to waive any provisions of Minnesota Statute Chapter 466.
