Pine Point Regional Park is a peaceful nature area with pine forests, lakes, and marshes. This park contains five miles of multiuse trails for biking, bird watching, cross-country skiing, and hiking. The park is also open to horseback riding on some of the finest trails in the metropolitan area.
The park became a regional park in 2005, and serves as one of the major trailheads to the State of Minnesota's Gateway Trail.
