Notice: The Forest Lake License Center is in the same building location as the Headwaters Service Center and the Hardwood Creek Library. 

Drop box and mail-in service is available for these selected services and transactions.

Marriage license applications are currently only being accepted at the Washington County Government Center. Read about  marriage licenses.
