Now Accepting Vendor Applications 

2018 Community Ice Cream Social

Warm weather is finally here and we are looking forward to this summer! The Community Ice Cream Social is on July 19, 5:00-8:00 p.m. Held outdoors on the grounds of the Historic Courthouse, the Ice Cream Social is a perennial community favorite and the official kick-off to Stillwater's Lumberjack Days.

Featured fun includes: live music, children's games and activities, historic medallion button sales and first medallion clue reading, history exhibits, 1900's County Jail tours, old-fashioned candy booth, 50-cent root beer floats, brats/hot dogs, chips, etc. 

This free, family-oriented event draws over 1,000 visitors each year. Suggested vendor ideas: food service, popcorn, face painting, nature and/or history based activities, kid's activities, lawn games, etc. 2018 Vendor Applications are due by June 7, 2018.

Christmas at the Historic Courthouse

26th Annual Christmas at the Historic Courthouse

Washington County Parks is also accepting vendor applications for the 26th Annual Christmas at the Historic Courthouse event, November 16-18, 2018! This event is a fundraiser for the Historic Courthouse Restoration Fund and kicks-off Stillwater's 'Hometown for the Holidays' festivities in downtown Stillwater.

The event offers two unique experiences to participating guests, including the Friday night Gala Fundraiser, as well as Saturday and Sunday's Holiday Bazaar. Join us for a weekend of shopping, live music, and fun!

Vendor booth spaces fill quickly, so we encourage interested vendors to apply early. This is a competitive and juried event with 30-35 vendors selected each year. We especially seek out unique, handcrafted, and local items at a variety of price points. Please submit the 2018 Christmas at the Courthouse Vendor Application and photos or samples of your product by August 24, 2018.
