Standup paddleboarding offered at Square Lake Park, Point Douglas Park

Standup paddleboarding (SUP) is water recreation and total body fitness opportunity that will be offered in Washington County Parks this summer.
Saturday morning SUP yoga and Tuesday evening SUP will be offered at Square Lake Park. Saturday classes will be 9 to 10:15 a.m. June 17 through Aug. 19. This is guided yoga on the water. All equipment is provided. Classes are $35 per person.
SUP Sunset Paddle will be on Square Lake 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays June 13 through Aug. 15. This is guided paddle boarding. All equipment is provided. Classes are $30 per person.
The park is at 15450 Square Lake Trail N. north of Stillwater.
The Point Douglas Park Sunset SUP program is 7-8 p.m. Thursdays June 15 through Aug. 18. All equipment is provided. Classes are $30 per person.
Point Douglas Park is in south Washington County off Highway 10 on the north side before the bridge to Prescott, Wis., at 14500 Point Douglas Drive S., Denmark Township.
Class size is limited and registration is required. Participants must be 14 years old or older and able to swim. Dress for water activity and the weather. The program meets on the beach at the park.
Program dates are subject to change due to severe weather (high wind, heavy rain, lightning). In the event of a weather cancellation, participants will receive a refund.
