Hardwood Creek Library features events in September

Hardwood Creek Library in Forest Lake will have featured programs in September.

The library is at 19955 Forest Road N., Forest Lake; the telephone is 651-275-7300.

STEM Saturday: Flying Machines, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24: Construct a paper helicopter and two paper airplanes, then put your flying machines to the test with competitions in distance, flight time, and aerobatics. This program is for kids aged 8-12. Registration is not required.

Technology Assistance, 5 to 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26: Schedule a time to work one-on-one with a technology assistant. Find a range of assistance using and troubleshooting computers, laptops, tablets, eReaders, smartphones, and more. Registration is required. Register in person, online at WashCoLib.org/Events, or call 651-275-7300.

Criminal Expungement Legal Clinic, 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28: Need assistance going through your criminal expungement forms? Join a Law Library volunteer criminal attorney to learn the process of sealing your records. Come prepared with forms and any case records that you will need. Registration is not required.
