When to test
COVID-19 testing is an important strategy to slow the spread of the virus. The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) recommends testing for COVID-19 in several situations according to exposure, symptoms and vaccination status.

- Every home in Minnesota is eligible to order four rapid at-home COVID-19 tests for free, while supplies last. Order your at-home tests online or call 1-833-431-2053 (Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
