Washington County can help you apply for a U.S. passport.

  1. When to apply in person

Apply in person when:

  • You are applying for a passport for the first time.
  • You lost your passport book or card.
  • You are renewing a valid 5-year passport.
  • Your passport was issued over 15 years ago.
  • Your passport has been damaged.

How to Pay:

  • Review Passport Fees. And bring 2 separate payments.
    1. One separate check or money order per application payable to "U.S. Department of State."
    2. One separate payment $35 per application  for processing  fee. Form of payment accepted are: cash, check or money order payable to "Washington County," and credit/debit card (for an additional 2.49% fee).

  1. Locations and hours 

Visit Washington County Service Centers to:

  • Pick up passport forms or print DS-82 Renewal Form.
  • Get passport photos taken at all four locations.
    • 2 color photos.
    • $15 per person.
    • Form of payment accepted are: cash, check or money order payable to "Washington County, and credit/debit card (for an additional 2.49% fee).
    • Schedule an appointment online to take passport photos.
