Capital improvement services
Guest services include communication systems including telephone communications, document processing, and mail delivery, custodial services, and grounds keeping. Operation services include preventative maintenance, energy management, purchasing, and building security. Capital improvement services include planning, physical asset acquisition, project management and closeout, and space management.
