Historic Courtroom: This stately space offers an elegant alternative to typical hotel facilities. Perfect for a large meeting, seminar or business entertainment event with a maximum occupancy of 200.
Register of Deeds Meeting Room: The room's tall windows and vaulted ceilings make the space a light and comfortable setting for small group sessions and more intimate meetings of up to 15.
North Lobby: A beautiful cherry conference table tucked under the elegant butternut staircase is the centerpiece of this space. The room is light and airy, open to the courtroom area above, while still private enough for meetings of 10.

Weddings: Wedding reservations are not available at this time.
Commercial Photography: The Historic Courthouse is a magnificent backdrop for your special event photography. Photographers must secure a Special Use Permit from Washington County in order to utilize the Historic Courthouse and grounds for commercial photography. Photography privileges are included in special event rentals for the date of the event only.
