COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

Washington County Public Health & Environment is hosting COVID-19 vaccine clinics for eligible individuals 18 years and older who live or work in Washington County

Important Information  

  • Washington County is administering the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. Individuals 18 years and older are able to get the vaccine.
  • If you have had a first vaccine dose elsewhere, please return to that site for their second dose. Your second dose must be the same vaccine brand as your first dose.
  • Plan on a second dose in approximately 28 days. 
  • If you register for and receive a first vaccine at a clinic below, you will sign up for a second dose after your vaccination. 
  • Do not schedule a COVID vaccination appointment within 14 days of receiving any other vaccine.

Scheduling an appointment


  • Use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari when signing up. Internet Explorer does not work.
  • Use your home address. If your county of residence is available, please select it. If you live out-of-state, or do not see the correct county, please select “1. Out of State County”
  • You will be asked for your type of Insurance information. You only need to indicate the type. (private insurance, medical assistance, Medicare, or uninsured). There is NO charge to you or your insurance for the vaccine.
  • Write down the appointment time you selected. You should receive an email confirmation, but confirmation emails are sometimes delayed. If you see the confirmation pop-up after registering, you successfully registered. If you have any questions about your registration, call 651-430-6655. 
  • If you need to change the date of your appointment please CANCEL your original appointment and use one of the links below to sign up for a different day.  
  • Please do your best to keep scheduled appointments. Appointments are limited and may not be available for immediate rescheduling.
