The following data sets are available from the Washington County Sheriff's Office free of charge. It is the responsibility of the user to be able to download and view the data.
Disclaimer: All data is obtained from the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system as reported. Information is preliminary and subject to change as police reports are submitted. Media outlets are advised to confirm any information not already verified through department issued press releases. Data is illustrative, not an official crime report, and should not be used for comparative reporting. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is not responsible for any error or omission, misuse, or results obtained from the use of this information. Although no personal information is disseminated through the Washington County Sheriff's Office website, remember that all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Body Worn Audio and Video Recorders Policy (PDF) is available for the public to see, in accordance with Minnesota State Statute, 626.8473, subd. 3a.
Reports on the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) report and data download site will include all public data related to calls received by the Washington County 9-1-1 Communications Center.
This site contains PDF reports of the last four weeks of CAD calls. Also available is a weekly downloadable comma-separated values (CSV) file for the last four weeks. The files will be posted weekly on Tuesday at 10 a.m. and will contain information from the previous week Saturday to Sunday.
The following incident types have been excluded from the CAD report due to the sensitivity of these incidents:
- Abuse to Child or Elder.
- Bait Vehicle/Hornet Alarm
- CSC/Sex Offense.
- Domestic Violence/Physical.
- Domestic non-Violent/Verbal.
- Domestic Violence Injury.
- Emotionally Disturb Person.
- Neglect.
- Search Warrant.
- Varda Alarm/Scout Alarm.
All incidents from Oak Park Heights Police Department are also excluded.
The Daily Jail Booking Report is a daily report in PDF. No data download is available for this report.
The Inmate Roster Report is a daily report in PDF. No data download is available for this report.
The Law Enforcement Records Management (RMS) provides access to public data related to incidents responded by local law enforcement.
This site will contain PDF reports of the last four weeks of CAD calls. Additionally, this site provides a weekly downloadable comma-separated-value (CSV) data file for the last four weeks. The files will be posted weekly on Wednesday at 7 a.m. and will contain information from the previous week Saturday to Sunday.
The following incident types have been excluded from the Law Enforcement RMS report due to the sensitivity of these incidents:
- Background Check.
- Bait Vehicle/Hornet Alarm.
- Child Abuse.
- Child Protective Services Referral.
- CSC/Rape/Sexual Assault.
- Domestic Assault.
- Domestic-Verbal Abuse.
- Elderly/Vulnerable Adult Abuse.
- Extra Patrol Request.
- FPI Referral.
- MN Adult Abuse Reporting Center Report.
- Mental Health Crisis/Evaluatioin/Assist.
- Mental Health Issue/Disturbance
- Search Warrant.
- Varda Alarm/Scout Alarm.
All incidents from Oak Park Heights Police Department are also excluded.
If you have difficulty with the report website, contact the Washington County I.T. Service Desk at 651-430-6411 and state that you need assistance with the Law Enforcement Public Data website. A support ticket will be generated and you will be contacted by someone who can assist you.
The responsibility of the information contained in these reports is owned by the originating agency. Any requests for further information must be submitted to the originating agency directly.
