CATCH Early Childhood Physical Activity training is an evidence-based training that provides teachers and caregivers of young children with foundational knowledge about childhood obesity, its causes, and how to design a physical activity program supporting good health and fitness. Participants will gain the knowledge and tools needed to plan and lead structured physical activities which nurture a love for movement in the children they care for, leading to an active lifestyle so that little ones are motivated to walk, run, jump, dance, and move their whole bodies while playing and having fun! Participants will then practice leading group activities, adapting them for their specific ECE setting.
