VOICES Program

Program Description

VOICES: A Program for Self-Discovery and Empowerment for Girls is a gender-responsive program for girls ages 12-18 The program encourages girls to celebrate their “true selves” by giving them a safe space, encouragement, structure, and support to embrace their journey of self-discovery. The program also advocates a strength-based approach that helps girls identify and apply their power and voice as individuals and as a group. Voices is facilitated by two female probation officers trained in the curriculum.
