Susan Humiston will spend part of the session explaining some changes at the OLPR, and spend most of the presentation to addressing ethical issues related to working with self-represented litigants. This course will address the ethical issues of working with Self-Represented Litigants, what practical and ethical issues to expect, and review recent ABA formal ethics opinions dealing with communicating with SRLs. Finally, she will speak to new developments in attorney ethics.
