Big Marine Park Reserve


StoryStroll - Discover One Dog Canoe by Mary Cassanova, a children's story displayed oversized, page by page along a paved trail at Big Marine Park Reserve near the playground. A librarian guided stroll will begin at 9:30 a.m., afterwards the story will be self-guided and remain displayed until 7p.m.


Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park


StoryStroll - Discover From Head to Toe by Eric Carle, a children's story displayed oversized, page by page along a paved trail at Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park near the playground. A librarian guided stroll will begin at 9:30 a.m., afterwards the story will be self-guided and remain displayed until 7p.m.

Hardwood Creek Regional Trail


Guided Bike Ride 9a.m. - Noon with the Ride and Glide Bike and Ski Club. Discover local flora and fauna along the trail as you ride. Travel as far as you are able and turn around anytime. Please bring your own bike and helmet. Departs from the Forest Lake Transit Center every hour.
Green Travel Along Converted Railroad Line connecting Communities of: Hugo, Forest Lake, Wyoming (9.5 miles) of paved trail; adjacent turf trail for horseback riding.

The Thirst for Giggle Water - Prohibition in the St. Croix Valley, exhibit grand opening!5-8 p.m.
6 p.m. in the Courtroom: Guest speaker, Phil Peterson presents, "A Glimpse of Prohibition's Northern Moonshine," local author of the Northern Moon Trilogy. Free book giveaways and book signing to follow. Enjoy free samples of local Joseph Wolf Brewing Co. beer and Chicago Mix© Popcorn from Candyland. Suggested donation of $10/person. *Proceeds support the restoration fund.


Lake Elmo Park Reserve


Outdoor Yoga - 9 a.m. on the Nordic Center Grounds. Inside if rain. 60 minute class, bring a mat.

>Introduction to Archery ~ by A-1 Archery Pros at the Archery Range ~ 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Pollinator Planting - 1 to 3 p.m.. Meet at the Eagle Point Trailhead.

Campfire Program - 7:15 p.m. Red-tailed Hawk, presented by Warner Nature Center at the outdoor amphitheater in the modern campground. 45 minute program.
Pine Point Regional Park
Guided Bird Hike - 8:30 a.m. Meet at the trailhead kiosk. 60 minute hike on turf and paved trails.

Point Douglas Regional Park


Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Demo ~ noon - 4 p.m. By Prescott Paddle Co.

Square Lake Regional Park


Water Sports Demos: Stand-Up Paddleboard, Canoe and Kayak - Noon to 4 p.m. by Joe's Sporting Goods. Departs near the boat launch.

St. Croix Bluffs Regional Park


Campfire Program - 7:15 p.m. Reptiles and Amphibians, presented by Carpenter nature Center at the outdoor amphitheater in the modern campground. 45 minute program.

All programs are free and equipment will be provided, unless stated otherwise.
All children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Events will be held rain of shine, however in the case of severe weather, programs will be cancelled.
