A 100-foot, handicap accessible fishing pier is available Big Marine Park Reserve north of the swimming beach area. The facility is the only public fishing pier on the 1,800-acre Big Marine Lake and represents the best place to introduce children to the sport of fishing. Big Marine Lake is an excellent fishery with healthy populations of panfish, largemouth bass, northern pike, and walleye. Fishing poles and tackle are available at the park’s contact station. Simply stop by the building, check out the fishing equipment and let the fun begin.

The fishing pier at Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park is on the east side of Ravine Lake near the picnic shelter and play area. The pier is also near the paved trail that runs through the center of the park. Parking, drinking water (summer), and restrooms are available nearby. Through the FIN Program, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources also stocks Ravine Lake.
Lake Elmo Park Reserve has a fishing pier on the southwest side of Lake Elmo.The pier is along the paved trail that runs near the lake between the campground and boat launch. Accessible parking is available nearby, while drinking water and restrooms are available at the play area just a short distance away. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the Park Office.
Point Douglas Park has a concrete fishing pier at the far east end of the park. It is located between the U.S. Highway 10 bridge (over the St. Croix River) and the park's picnic area. Parking, drinking water (summer), and restrooms are available nearby.
