Certificates of Survey
Since July of 1975, this office has been filing copies of Certificates of Survey in accordance with Minnesota Statute 389.08. This law requires a registered land surveyor who performs a survey of land for an individual or corporation to file a true and correct copy of the survey. The manner of filing, and all incidents thereof, shall be determined by the County Surveyor. All surveys so filed shall be public records and shall be available at all reasonable times for inspection by any person.
