1. Payment must accompany filings.
2. Escrow accounts are available for high volume clients. Payment is deducted from the balance in the escrow account.

Any filings received at our office, prior to 2:00 p.m. will be data entered that same day. Available within 2 days.

We accept filings via e-mail, fax, or drop off at our counter.

It is the responsibility of the Submitter to present this office with a fully completed filing. If any box is incomplete - the filing will be rejected and returned to you informing you of the incompleteness. Please review prior to submitting for filing.

1. Record has not been communicated by a method or medium authorized by the filing office.
2. An amount at least equal to the filing fee was not submitted.
3. Filing office unable to read or decipher the information.

1. Failure to identify a file number of an initial financing statement to which it relates.
2. Failure to file within the six-month window prior to lapse.
3. Identifies an initial financing statement for which effectiveness has lapsed.

We process all orders within 2 business days of receipt. All documents are reviewed and entered into the Minnesota Secretary of State's UCC filing system. Filings will be processed or rejected at time of entry. A Copy of the Filing and an Acknowledgement of Recording will then be forwarded back to the submitter.
