License and Setup Fee	$50 per user
Monthly Access Fee	$50 per company
Document Copies	$2.00 per document
Certificate Copies	$5.00 per certificate

All fees will be charged to your escrow account. In order to register for Internet service an escrow account must be maintained for payment of fees.

Escrow Account

The Washington County Property Record's Office provides an escrow payment system. Each company participating in the escrow system deposits funds into an account. The funds are then used for payment of copies, faxes, services and recordings. Statements of account activity are provided on a monthly basis. Escrow accounts must always maintain a positive balance. Requests may not be processed if there are not adequate funds in the account.
