Tract Index Website Information

The Tract Index of Website Information includes:

• Internet Access to Computerized Tract Index
• Automated Email Copies of Imaged Documents
• Escrow System to Simplify and Monitor Payments

Computerized indexes from the Washington County Recorder's Office are now available on the Internet. The computerized index contains records from January 1984 to the present. Records are searchable by document number, legal description, and grantor/grantee name. Copies of Abstract and Torrens documents beginning January 1984 may be requested by the customer through the automated email system. Document and certificate copies not available by automated email may be requested by email and will be faxed or emailed to you.

The information on the Internet is a reproduction of the Washington County Tract Index. Official records are kept at the Washington County Department of Property Records and Taxpayer Services temporarily located in the Washington County Government Center at 14949 62nd Street North in Stillwater.
