  • Let's Talk Month Partners of Washington County
    • "Let's Talk Month" is a statewide and local community campaign that supports parents in their efforts to talk to their children openly and honestly about relationships and sexuality. Partners and sponsors for Let's Talk Month in Washington County include: Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment; Washington County Library; Lakeview Hospital; Woodwinds Health Campus; Commonhealth Clinic; Youth Service Bureau; FamilyMeans; White Bear Community Counseling Center; Teen Health Fund groups of Oakdale, North Saint Paul, Maplewood and South Washington County; Minnesota Organization on Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention and Parenting.   • MN ENABL – Minnesota Education Now and Babies Later
    • MN ENABL is a statewide initiative of the Minnesota Department of Health. It is primarily focused on preventing adolescent pregnancy by targeting youth ages 12-14, their parents/care givers, and the community.

National

  • Advocates for Youth
    • Advocates for Youth is dedicated to creating programs and advocating for policies that help young people make informed and responsible decisions about their reproductive and sexual health. Advocates for Youth provide information, training, and strategic assistance to youth-serving organizations, policy makers, youth activists, and the media in the United States and the developing world.

  • Resource Center for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (ReCAPP)
    • ReCAPP provides practical tools and information to effectively reduce sexual risk-taking behaviors. Teachers and health educators will find up-to-date, evaluated programming materials to help with their work with teens.

  • Sexuality Information and Education Council of the US (SIECUS)
    • Develops, collects, and disseminates information, promotes comprehensive sexuality education, and advocates for the right of individuals to make responsible sexual choices.

  • The National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy
    • A nonprofit, nonpartisan initiative supported almost entirely by private donations. Its mission is to improve the well-being of children, youth, and families by reducing teen pregnancy.
