2010 Immunization Clinic Schedule
Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment provides reduced fee immunizations to children 0-18 yrs that are uninsured, have insurance that does not cover the cost of vaccines, are American Indian or Alaskan Native, have insurance with an unmet deductible, or are enrolled in a Minnesota Health Care Program (MA, GAMC, MnCare, or a PMAP). Certain adults 19 yrs and older may also qualify for reduced fee immunizations. Those individuals who are fully insured for the cost of immunizations should receive them from their medical provider- we do not have the ability to bill insurance. There is a $12 administration fee per immunization. No one who qualifies for the reduced fee vaccines will be refused service due to inability to pay. Immunization services given at public clinics should not be substituted for your child's usual well-child visit with his or her physician. All minors under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
