Applications are available from the State Department of Gaming-Gambling Control Board, Rosewood Plaza South-3rd Floor, 1711 West County Rd B, Roseville, MN, 55113, 651-639-4000 or www.gcb.state.mn.us. Completed applications with township approval on them are sent to Property Records and Taxpayer Services Department at the Government Center to be processed. For more information, call 651-430-6175.

Applications are available from Property Records and Taxpayer Services Department at the Government Center and are the licensing authority for liquor establishments located in Baytown, Denmark, May, Stillwater, and West Lakeland Townships. Cities are the licensing authority for establishments located within a city in the county. A Sheriff's investigation is required for any new establishments or change of ownership for an existing licensed establishment. The investigation fee is $200. Liquor liability insurance may be required depending on the type of license applied for. These licenses need the approval of the township, Washington County Sheriff, County Attorney, County Health Department and County Board. The State Liquor Control Board grants final approval.
