Holiday Hours for the License Centers. The License Centers will be closed in observance of the following Holidays:

The County operates license centers and service desks in Cottage Grove, Forest Lake, Stillwater and Woodbury. Services offered at these locations are:

Cottage Grove Service Desk and Forest Lake Service Desk

Absentee Voting, Homestead Application, Marriage Licensing, Notary Registration, Passport Application, Property Tax Payment, and Sale of Park Permits.

Forest Lake, Stillwater, and Woodbury License Centers

Department of Natural Resource Transactions, Driver Licensing, Motor Vehicle Transactions, Marriage Licensing, Notary Commission Registration, Homestead Applications, Birth & Death Certificates, Property Tax Payment and Sale of Park Permits.

Woodbury Service Desks

Absentee Voting, Homestead Application, Marriage Licensing, Notary Registration, Passport Applications, Property Tax Payment, and Sale of Park Permits.
