Welcome to Property Records and Taxpayer Services

The Property Records and Taxpayer Services Department strives to provide quality taxation, assessment, recording, land records, licensing and elections services to the residents of Washington County.

The Department is temporarily located at the Valley Ridge Mall, 1305 W. Frontage Road in Stillwater, which is 1 mile west of the Washington County Government and Washington County South Service Center in Woodbury, and the Service Center in Cottage Grove. In addition, license centers are located in Stillwater, Woodbury and Forest Lake.
