The Property Records and Taxpayer Services Department strives to provide quality taxation, assessment, recording, land records, licensing and elections services to the residents of Washington County.
The Department is located at the Washington County Government Center, 14949 62nd St. N., Stillwater, MN 55082; the Service Center in Cottage Grove; the Headwaters Service Center in Forest Lake; and the Service Center in Woodbury.
The department moved back to the Washington County Government Center campus Aug. 20. Customer services are available Monday, Aug. 23, at the Government Center.
Please Note: The Stillwater License Center will remain located at the Valley Ridge Mall location.
