Programs and Events

Washington County Parks offers nature programs, festivals, and lessons. The programs are typically free (some lessons do require a fee). However, Washington County Parks vehicle permits are required for all vehicles entering the parks.

Volunteer members from the Ride-n-Glide Ski Club provide the training and instruction and Joe's Sporting Goods provides the ski equipment. Donations are encouraged and vehicle parking permits are also required ($5/daily, $25/annual). Cross-country skiing is one of the best cardiovascular winter activities. Stay fit and explore the park's winter landscapes.    More info here...

Lake Elmo Park Reserve

Saturday, Sept. 8, at Lake Elmo Park Reserve. Come out to hear live music from multiple bluegrass bands. There will also be family activities including exhibits, food vendors, and camping.
