The Conference Cottage is ideal for business meetings and small social events. It serves as a retreat to "recharge the batteries" of work groups. The cottage overlooks the scenic St. Croix River. The Conference Cottage has year-round accessibility. As the seasons change, so do the surroundings and character of the cottage. People meet in air-conditioned comfort during the summer or enjoy the warmth of a fire in the three-sided fireplace in the cooler months.
Located half way between Afton, Minnesota and Prescott, Wisconsin on County Road 21 (within St. Croix Bluffs Regional Park).

8 a.m. - 6 p.m.; year-round
Fees:
$250 per day; includes daily vehicle permit fee for meeting attendees, hot coffee ready when you first arrive, and a fireplace burning (in season) when you first arrive.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to use. The $250 rental fee will be retained for cancellations less than 30 days in advance. However, if the conference cottage is rented to another party for the canceled date, the lessee shall be entitled to a refund of the fee, minus a $25 administrative fee.

From Interstate 94, exit at State Highway 95, Manning Avenue (formerly County Road 15). Follow State Highway 95 south past County Road 18 and past County Road 20 to County Road 76 (90th Street South). Turn left (east) on to County Road 76 and follow to County Road 21. Turn right, south on County Road 21. Turn left into the park.
From U.S. Highway 61 or U.S. Highway 10, follow State Highway 95 to the north to County Road 78 (110th Street South). Turn right (east) on County Road 78 and follow to County Road 21. Turn left (north) on County Road 21. Turn right into the park.
