Hours: 9 a.m. - 1/2 hour after sunset
Reservations: Picnic Shelters can be reseserved by stopping into the park office or by telephone. Shelters can be reserved mid-May until mid-October. Payment must be received within two weeks of making the reservation or no later than two days before arrival, whichever is earlier. Rental fee is not refundable if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the date of use.
Fees: Vehicle permits are required on each motorized vehicle.
Damage Deposit: A $100 damage deposit check is required for all picnic shelter rentals. The check will be returned upon compliance with conditions of shelter use and park rules.
Other Info:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Limited quanities of beer and wine are allowed.
- Driving on grass is prohibited.
- Water may not be available after Oct. 1.
- A 100-gallon beverage cooling tank may be rented (ice is NOT included).
- A Picnic Kit may be rented when you rent a shelter. The kit contains bocce ball set, Frisbee™®, horseshoes, softball equipment, and volleyball.
