Poster Contest For Teens (12-18)
Washington County Library invites teens to participate in a poster contest serving as a kickoff to the Library’s annual Teen Read celebration during October. Entries will be accepted Aug. 16 through Sept. 13. The winning poster will be used to help promote Teen Read activities throughout Washington County. Rules and entry form...



Organizational Meeting / Teen Book Club (For kids in Grades 6, 7 & 8)

On Sept. 9, the group will pick a name for the book club and choose titles to read (or listen to).
Register now. Limited to 15 participants.



A "Hunger Games" competition to celebrate the release of Mockingjay...
The first 10 to sign up for the Games get to check out a copy of Mockingjay. A trivia contest, a test of your survival skills, and a Cornucopia challenge are all part of the Games competition. Registration begins Sept. 1.
