Jan. 13, 2010 - Qigong
Qigong is an easy-to-follow combination of controlled breathing, focused concentration, and simple movement. Learn Qigong exercises with Marlys McGarvey, a certified Spring Forest Qigong Instructor.

Feb. 10, 2010 – Chess
This introductory class will be taught by Shane King, from Games By James in Maplewood.

March 10, 2010 – Fiber Art
Need more fiber in your creative diet? Learn a little about knitting, crocheting, quilting, weaving, and felting!

April 14, 2010 – Deer Ticks and Lyme Disease
Everything you always wanted to know about ticks and Lyme disease, but didn’t know who to ask. Get the facts on Lyme disease prevention, signs, causes and transmission from Mike McLean, of the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District.
 
May 12, 2010 – Grilling Essentials
Start your grilling season with tips from the friendly, neighborhood folks at Flicker Meat Company. They will discuss grilling techniques, rubs, sauces, and more.
