Oct. 13 - Minnesota’s Most Haunted Locations
Author Chad Lewis (Minnesota Road Guide to Haunted Locations) will take us on a ghostly journey to some of the most haunted places in Minnesota.
Nov. 10 - Images of Alaska and the Everglades
Using their beautiful digital images, consummate travelers Bob and Gayle Herr combine tales of their adventures with tips for photographing nature.
Dec. 8 – Memoir Writing
Local author Gloria VanDemmeltraadt (Musing and Munching: A Memoir and Cookbook) can help you get started writing your own story.
Jan. 12 – Clear Clutter and Organize Your Home
Begin to make your home a more relaxing and restoring place. Come hear practical tips from author Barbara Tako (Clutter Clearing Choices) that will help you have more space, time, and energy for the people and activities you care about.
Feb. 9 – Mahjong
Celebrate the Chinese New Year by learning to play Mahjong. This class will introduce you to the beautiful tiles and strategy used in China’s favorite game.

Landscape architect Diane Hilscher will share practical ideas for your homes. Diane specializes in native plant design.
April 13 – Retirement Reality Check
What to consider and what to do when planning for your retirement. Pete Danilaitis, from Edward Jones Financial Advisors, will help you get started.
May 11 – Beekeeping
If you’ve ever visited the bee exhibit at the State Fair, this class is for you. Gary Snydock, former president of the Minnesota Hobby Beekeepers Association, will answer all your questions about beekeeping and honey. (Yes, he has been stung.)
