Hazardous waste facilities are defined as any site where activities may include the treatment, storage, disposal, transfer, resource recovery, recycling, depositing, accumulation, reclamation or other handling of hazardous waste or recycling and processing of waste lamps containing mercury, used oil and used oil filters.
