Composting Kit
Washington County has developed composting education kits that are available for groups to borrow to help teach others about composting and decomposition. The kits contain educational lessons about the composting process, informational posters, activities such as games and word finds as well as related books and CD’s.
Kits are available to borrow from the Government Center in Stillwater and the Service Centers in Cottage Grove and Forest Lake. Please call the Department of Public Health & Environment at 651-430-6655 if you’d like more information or would like to reserve a kit.
