Washington County Veterans Service can assist you in enrolling in the VA Healthcare system. We will assist you in completing the application for health benefits (VA Form 1010 EZ). Certain restrictions to enrollment may be applicable.
Chemical Dependency Treatment
Washington County Veterans Service can assist you in enrolling in a treatment program that is suited to your needs. Treatment can be obtained either through the in-patient treatment program at the St. Cloud VAMC or the out-patient program at the Minneapolis VAMC. We can also help you in continuing your after care program through the Minneapolis VAMC or through the Vets Center located in New Brighton, Minnesota.
