Payment Instructions
- Payment in the form of a personal check, money order or cashier’s check made out to Washington County Community Services will be accepted. Payments are to be made at the time of application.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- If a significant financial hardship prevents you from paying licensing fees, contact your licensing social worker.
