District 2 includes:  Lake Elmo, Landfall, Oakdale, Woodbury Precincts 3 and 12.

Woodbury Precint 3 is bound on the north by I-94; on the west by Radio Drive (County Road 13), and Woodbury Drive (County Road 19); on the south by Tamarack Road, the 834/833 school district boundary, and Valley Creek Road; and on the east by Manning Avenue (State Highway 95).

Woodbury Precinct 12 is bound on the north by 833/834 school district boundary and Valley Creek Road, on the west by Woodbury Drive, on the east by Manning Avenue, and on the south by Bailey Road.

Commissioner Bill Pulkrabek was first elected to serve the citizens of District 2 in the general election of November 1998 and was re-elected in 2002 and 2006.  He served as the Mayor of Oakdale from 1995 to 1998.  He is particularly interested in financial accountability of government and in protecting and preserving the environment.  Commissioner Pulkrabek and his wife, Lori, live in Oakdale, Minnesota.
