District 2 includes: Lake Elmo, Landfall, Oakdale, Woodbury Precincts 3, 12, 14 and 15.

Commissioner Bill Pulkrabek was first elected to serve the citizens of District 2 in the general election of November 1998 and was re-elected in 2002, 2006, and 2010. He served as the Mayor of Oakdale from 1995 to 1998. He is particularly interested in financial accountability of government and in protecting and preserving the environment.
