Intake Form
Download the intake form and complete it. You may fax it to 651-430-6331, mail to Washington County Law Library, 14949 62nd Street North, P.O. Box 6, Stillwater, MN 55082, or scan and email the form to . Our staff will call you to schedule an appointment once the form is received. Call 651-430-6330 with questions. You are required to bring any current orders and court forms pertaining to your consultation.

The clinics are staffed by volunteer attorneys who are members of the Washington County Bar Association (http://www.wcba-mn.org/)  The law library thanks our volunteers for all of their help. 

Services

You can receive a free 30-minute consultation from a volunteer attorney, who can offer advice and legal assistance regarding matters such as:
  • Family Law: Marriage dissolution, child support, domestic abuse, paternity issues, child custody, visitation, spousal maintenance, name change
  • Civil Law: Default judgment, housing / eviction, eviction expungement, creditor / debtor, judgment collection, consumer issues, conciliation court, automobile title transfer
  • Criminal Law: Come talk to a criminal defense attorney for free every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon; first come, first served. No pre-registration required. Call 651-430-6330 with questions
