Claiming Veterans' Preference
If you are applying for Veterans' Preference Points, use the
Veteran's Preference Form
- Use the Veterans' Preference Application Form (PDF).
- You may fill out the application form on your screen or you may request a claim form by calling 651-430-6084 (24-hour Request Line.)
- Fill out the application form in its entirety following the instructions given on the direction sheet.
- Remember to give complete and accurate information.
- It is important to sign the application.
- Mail, deliver in person, or fax application (along with other requested forms) to the address provided on the application before the published closing date.
*This form and supporting documentation must be submitted along with your application or resume by the job's closing date. Please review each vacancy listing carefully and submit the documents specifically required for that posting.
